We are currently seeking a Part-Time Speech-Language Pathologist for the following location in Indiana;
Indianapolis, IN, Forum at the Crossing, 8505 Woodfield Crossing Boulevard, Indianapolis, IN 46240
a 118 bed Independent living, and 74 bed Skilled Nursing, 35 to 40 part "A" patients.
We also have Per diem opportunities.
