Position Manages: 8 – 12 sales representatives engaged in outbound calling, receiving inbound calls, and closing leads provided by the Company. Sales personnel sell contracts and services for the largest Self Publishing company in the world. The Sales Manager will drive maximum revenue, contracts and close rates possible.


Primary Duties/Responsibilities:

• Establishes quotas for sales reps for revenue and contracts, as well as key metrics (call time, volume, activity) to be measured on a daily basis.

• Holds reps accountable for consistently achieving 100% of their target.

• Monitors and coaches reps to achieve improved results; provides training where appropriate and as necessary.

• Recruits sales rep candidates from organizations engaged in business-to-consumer telemarketing and inside sales or services or products.

• Drives revenue growth through sales management as well as creative marketing and product development initiatives.
