Indiana Family Nurse Practitioner JS7855x – Indianapolis

FNP needed for Lead position of up to 15 clinics in Indianapolis. The Lead will oversee 2 Asst. Lead NPs which will allow the Lead to pursue more strategic and business development. You would manage both existing clinics and oversee the opening of new clinics. Lead NP will: Interview,hire,orient and train new NPsCoach,counsel and evaluate performanceOversee peer review process in marketProvide direction to NPs regarding clinical practices and issues. Be a patient advocate for the market investigate and resolve patient complaints/issuesMentor and educate for clinical issuesManage scheduling of centers/including PTOOrder medical and nonmedical supplies. Provide virtual leadership capable of delegating and conducting conference callsLead the development of clinical skill competencies in marketLiaison to retail partners collaborating physicians patients and communityNetwork and build relationships with local NP/nursing organizations and universities to ensure continued recruitment efforts. Perform other duties deemed necessary by the Chief Nurse Practitioner and CMO. 2 yrs of full range FNP clinical experience needed. 2 yrs mngmnt exp and exp in budgeting needed. Need to be technologically competent working with electronic records. Must be a good leader who can problem solve coach and mentor. Will have superior interpersonal skills in dealing with colleagues of the organization and strong organizational skills with ability to multitask under tight timelines. They will also be a strong public speaker with presentation skills. Clinics will be open for 12hour shifts MF and 8 hour shifts on weekends.
