Engineering Manager - Arc Flash Power Studies – Indianapolis

The SUMMIT Corporation, a national recruiting firm, has been engaged to locate an Engineering Manager for our client company in Indianapolis, Indiana. Senior Electrical Engineer with with a PE license. This position is a full-time permanent position with full benefits. General Summary: The Engineering Manager is responsible for working with client electrical data using SKM software and performing Short Circuit, Coordination, and Arc-Flash studies for client facilities. Essential Duties Input electrical data into SKM software Perform Short Circuit Studies Perform Coordination Studies Perform Arc-Flash Studies Working with Sales Department on project estimating Process Improvement Technical review of Power Systems Analysis for Arc Flash using SKM software Project management of Arc Flash Studies Handling client inquiries Training and mentoring of engineering staff Job Requirements 1) Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering. 2) Excellent communication and customer service skills and be able to work in a team environment. 3) MUST be a current Professional Licensed Engineer Desirable Experience 1) Power Engineering 2) SKM Software
