CDI Aerospace Division has multiple openings for entry level Mechanical Engineers based in our Indianapolis Engineering & Design Center.
CDI Aerospace is involved with the Project Management of tools from conceptual design to completion and testing of finished product.
We design tools that aid in assembly/disassembly of aircraft engine and develop new tooling concepts as well as improve existing designs in a fast-paced design cycle.
These positions will involve supporting our Cincinnati Engineering Center and are responsible for initiating documentation for clarification and qualification of aircraft engine tooling, documentation for tooling use and application, audit/correct tool documentation deliverables for completeness for delivery to engineering management and customer.
The positions will also involve the review of tooling drawings, auditing tool folders and writing Technical Data Sheets and Change in Design Documents.
Requires BSME, BSMET or Aerospace Engineering degree.
