Location: Indianapolis, IN


ACS is looking for highly motivated individuals with Subject Matter Expertise in Indiana’s Public Assistance programs who would like to join the project team to assist in the development, deployment and ongoing support of the new modernized processes and procedures.

This position is responsible for a variety of activities leading up to and the deployment of the new solution. This includes, developing new procedures, new forms, writing test scenarios, testing the scenarios, assisting with deployment of the new solution, responding to policy questions, and providing onsite assistance to other staff as the new solution is deployed. Following full deployment of the solution, the incumbent will also be responsible for the continuing support of the new model.

Education and Typical Years of Experience

High school diploma or GED equivalent.

At least 3 years experience working with Indiana Public Assistance (TANF/Food Stamps/Medicaid).

Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Ability to work independently or as a member of a team.

Ability to travel within the state.

Working knowledge of ICES, the state’s integrated eligibility system and policies governing Indiana public assistance programs.

Ideal candidate would have had experience with public assistance programs and the public assistance eligibility computer system ICES.
