Customer Service Representative – Indianapolis

Culligan International is currently seeking individuals experienced in customer-focused positions to act as customer service representatives.
The customer service representative works directly with customers to fulfill orders, resolve problems, and attend to related needs. The goal of this position is to supply a superior level of service that exceeds the expectations of Culligan International’s customers.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:

• Extensive problem-solving, order processing, and performing standard maintenance of current customer accounts.
  
• Following company protocols, policies, and goals while acting on opportunities to optimize the efficiency of the department.
  
• Supporting the staff by providing backup for receptionists, following managerial directives, and otherwise acting as a team player within the department.
  
• Providing proactive sales support to assign customer accounts by developing close relationships with the customer base and inside sales teams.
  
  MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
  High school degree or GED.
  
  MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
  
• Minimum three years customer service preferably in a sales/marketing environment.
  
  SPECIAL KNOWLEDGE SKILLS OR ABILITIES:
  
• Excellent communication skills (oral and written) alongside correct phone etiquette.
  
• Computer proficiency (Microsoft preferred) and accurate data-entry abilities.
  
  Certifications/Licenses/Registrations: None Required
  
  Work Environment/Physical Demands:
  This position requires the physical demands of a standard office environment.
