Description
Job Description: The Regulatory IT BA Pool is looking for a senior business analyst in NY, who will perform business analysis for US Regulatory projects and act as the BPM contact for the US Regulatory IT space. More specifically, the business analyst role will require the individual to work closely with IT, CFO Change, FA Change and FA teams to assess the impact of various requirements/projects on the US Regulatory Book of Work and on the BA pool. The BPM contact role is critical as it will liaise with the US Regulatory BPM to determine budget and resource allocations and constraints. Additional responsibilities may include to assess impact and effort, to transform them into high level project assessment summaries, and should the projects move forward, to document the functional and technical specifications for development and QA teams. The successful candidate should be able to perform data analysis, including mapping the business functions to the data and data model, data reconciliations, gap analysis. A strong knowledge of financial instruments, data/database skills and team/line/project management experiences are required, while regulatory experience is not required, but preferred.
